Ingredients:

1 Realize that you deserve more.

4 cups of tears.

2 tablespoons of this will get easier.

3 teaspoons of don’t think about them

1 heavy chest.

5 songs you probably shouldn’t listen to.

1 friend who is there.

Instructions:

1. Lay down in your bed, take a moment to realize that you deserve so much more than what was being shown and given to you.

2. Add every bit of tears you can, this is the part that is ok, it's okay to cry. This is part of the healing process.

3. Don’t think about what they are doing, how they are or where they are. Focus on yourself and your healing process.

4. Mixing in two tablespoons of this will get easier, leaving nothing left. Continue mixing until there are no more tears to cry.

5. Your chest is heavy, that's okay, let that sit exactly where it is. Don’t rush to fix it, things that hurt take time to heal.

6. Have 5 songs that get you in your feels, play them only once. Let it finish. Listen carefully to the words. Then turn it off and don’t listen to those songs again, until you are ready.

7. Last step, make that call to your closest friend, let them be someone to lean on. Pour everything out, even the messy and uncomfortable parts.

8. In the end, with time after the healing process begins to be easier, you’ll see that you are a much happier person now and you don’t need them.
